To provide money transmission and meet our legal obligations we collect the information you give us (identity, contact and recipient details), transaction information, and technical data such as device and log information.
2. Why we use it
We use your information to process transfers, verify your identity, screen for sanctions and fraud, meet anti-money-laundering and record-keeping requirements, and support you.
3. Who we share it with
We share information with payment and payout partners needed to complete your transfer, identity-verification and screening providers, and regulators or authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. How long we keep it
We retain transaction and identity records for the periods required by applicable financial regulation.
5. Security
Your data and payments are protected with encryption in transit and at rest, and access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

7. Mobile messaging privacy
Payzio does not sell or share your mobile number, mobile information, or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide your mobile number to service providers acting on our behalf, including Twilio and mobile carriers, only as needed to deliver account-verification and security messages, prevent fraud, and operate the messaging program. They may not use it for their own marketing.
SMS messages are sent only after you expressly opt in. Message frequency varies with your security activity and is normally one message per verification-code request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages or HELP for help. You may also contact support@payzio.com.
